全專輯最具吸引力的當屬莫里康內與前Pink Floyd樂隊大將Roger Waters以及重搖滾樂隊Van Halen的當家吉他手Edward Van Halen，三巨頭首度合作的電影主題曲《Lost Boy Calling》（失去的呼喚），悠遠飄渺，增添幾許傳奇深度。

The Legend of 1900 is the soundtrack composed by Italian composer Ennio Morricone for the film The Legend of 1900.

The album was released on October 12, 1999, by Sony, featuring several piano and orchestral pieces that showcase Morricone’s unique musical style.

Among them, the piece “Playing Love,” where 1900 improvises upon seeing his beloved through the porthole, is particularly delicate and tender, widely regarded as the most moving piece in the film.

The album’s most captivating track is “Lost Boy Calling,” a collaboration between Morricone, former Pink Floyd member Roger Waters, and Van Halen’s lead guitarist Edward Van Halen.

Its distant and ethereal quality adds a touch of legendary depth.
